Lorianne Willett is a photojournalist born in Tucson, Arizona and currently based in Austin, Texas. She is most passionate about working in music and long-form storytelling.

Lorianne got her first camera from her parents when she was 7 years old. In the 15 years since then, she has pursued photography with the utmost intent, capturing the lives and memories of those around her.

Lorianne graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a journalism degree in 2025. Her work has been published by The Guardian, USA Today and TIME Magazine, with one of her photos being chosen for TIME’s Top 100 Photos of 2024.

Currently, she is a Multimedia Producer at KUT News & KUTX. She has worked as a Photo Fellow for the Texas Tribune and as the Photo Editor at The Daily Texan.
